1955 Olds Super 88 coming out of barn on cable; any brakes that were stuck slid on the oil tracks we spread on the concrete; it had been parked in there since 1983 when I drove it in 25 years ago.

The best thing about pulling out cars from barns, is that they often have relatively little rust, so they are fairly easy to restore.

That’d be awesome! …
That’d be awesome! I love American cars of the 50s and 60s. I wish I could afford to buy one. I’d prefer to buy one that drives under its own power.
Actually the car …
Actually the car runs now, I have owned it since 1973. In 1975 I drove it to Kansas and back from Illinois and it got 21 mpg at 60 mph. All it needs is a little bodywork and some new chrome here and there. I will restore it, it will be an easy restoration. It has a 324 V8 4 bbl 4GC Rochester.
